I don't often utilize make-up in my Halloween costumes, but I am definitely in awe of what some people do with a little make-up and a lot of skill! With some time and patience, you can really create an entire look using nothing but your make-up kit. Add a simple costume, and you've secured yourself a win at your local costume contest!
