With a long weekend ahead of us, Rick & I headed out to run some errands on Friday afternoon. Rick had an idea for a new lamp, so after procuring a few supplies, he put together one of my favorite creations yet!
We also stopped by one of our favorite gardens in Greeley. It was particularly rainy on Friday evening, so we made it just in time!

On Saturday, after a good friend's birthday brunch, Rick & I headed to a football game. The visiting team was coached by Rick's best friend, who moved out of town last year. While his team didn't win, it was lovely seeing good friends we don't get to see very often.
On Sunday a couple from our congregation renewed their marriage vows during the service. It was incredibly moving & especially wonderful to get to be a part of it.
On Monday afternoon, we went to our favorite mini-golf course in Westminster. Adventure Golf & Raceway has three separate golf courses that are all themed; Adventure Cove, Buccaneer Bay & Jungle Journey. If you ever have the chance, stop by for 18 holes! It was a perfect place to celebrate the unofficial end of summer and spend some time with my brother & sister-in-law before my little nephew is born in October.
