Although I didn't make a full dinner, I made a few light appetizers to hold us over until it was time for movie snacks.
The menu included-
Fall Apple Cider Sangria
Bruschetta with French Bread slices
Fresh Fall Fruit Salad
Baked Brie (graciously provided by a friend)
Crunchy Baked Ravioli with Marinara Sauce

Crunchy Baked Ravioli with Marinara Sauce
The ravioli were perfect because you could pick them up and eat them with your hand, (perfect for mingling) but they were hearty enough that nobody went to bed starving!

1 1/2C plain Panko breadcrumbs
3/4C plain breadcrumbs
1/4 tsp Kosher salt (for the crunch)
1/4 tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with oil or line with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix together dry ingredients. In a small bowl, beat the eggs.
Add 3 or 4 ravioli to eggs, flip to coat. Transfer to dry mixture, toss to coat well. Place on prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining ravioli. Spray lightly with olive oil or baking spray. This helps with browning.
Bake for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy immediately with marinara sauce.
We had about 10 ravioli left over and they delish the next day! I recommend not microwaving them, but throw them in a preheated 400 degree oven for about 8 minutes or heat them up in a toaster oven.

What are your favorite sleepover foods? Do you have anything we should try at our next party?
Happy Munchy Monday, Friends!
