As I've mentioned before, Rick and I are going on a road trip to Georgia later this month. As I was taking note of what I might like to pack, I realized I haven't bought a new swimsuit in nearly 5 years. Well, that just wasn't going to do! So, I picked up this beauty of a suit from Target last week and I love it! This baby is extremely figure flattering & comfortable, but it escapes coming off as matronly because of it's vintage vibe. It's also pretty affordable, if you happen to be on a budget. Target had a pretty good selection of swimwear this season, so if you're in the market for a new suit, give them a look!
2. Twin Forks-

Chris Carrabba, of Dashboard Confessional fame, has a new band called Twin Forks. Now, I was a huge Dashboard fan. HUGE. And I still listen to Dashboard on occasion. Say what you will about his music, Carrabba is a lyrical magician. Period.
But this project is different. It's a little more grown-up, while still retaining Carrabba's lyrical style, and I love what these guys are producing. I also love this interview. Check out Twin Forks first album of same name. You won't be sorry!
3. This Print-
You can see the Seafaring Expertise print in it's entirety here. Anchor's away!!
4. Sherlock High Tops-
Aren't these cool? You can pick these bad boys up from Feslegen Design's Etsy shop or you could always make your own for next to nothing, if you already have a pair of shoes!
5. These Sweet, Little Babies-
I love bats. They get such a bad rap, but they are so fascinating and adorable!!!
Bonus: Making the Nick Miller face when I'm displeased. It's SUPER attractive.
Happy Friday, Friends!
