1. This Letter to Boris Karloff's Wife-

"The Grinch" turned 50 on the 18th & Cartoon Brew did a great round-up of Grinchy goodness for you to enjoy! This was one of my favorites! After Karloff's death in 1969, Chuck Jones sent this letter of condolence to his widow & it is so brilliant!

We'll be with family this New Year's & won't be going out, but I think this dress would be fab for a casual party or a night out on the town! And it's versatile enough that you could wear it the rest of the year!

4. The Kitten Lady-

I found Hannah Shaw through Ruby Threads Vintage & realized she's not just a fab vintage model! She's also a bad-ass animal advocate & surrogate kitten mother! Known as the Kitten Lady, Shaw spends her time rescuing cats & advocating on their behalf. Believe me when I say that you will not regret following her Instagram! And in case you're worried (like I was), she doesn't post horrible, sad pictures of her cats to make you feel terrible & powerless. Check her work out here! One of my favorite features is all the resources she has for people who find stranded kittens & don't want to risk taking them to shelter where they might be euthanized.
