5. The Nutshell Studies-
On a recent episode of 99% Invisible, I heard about 'The Nutshell Studies of Unexplained Death" & I was immediately fascinated. The Nutshell Studies are 18 handmade dioramas, a concept created by Frances Glessner Lee, to better understand crime scenes & thus, seek justice appropriately. The subject matter is admittedly morbid, but extremely fascinating & useful in the field of medical examining. I learned so much from that one episode! Check it out!
