The minute I saw this DIY I loved it. This is just the kind of weird thing I would show up to a house warming party with. "Welcome to your new home! Try to sleep knowing this demonic planter is sitting in your living room!"

4. Serial-
I realize I'm about 6 months too late on this, but I'm completely hooked on the This American Life spin-off, Serial. I haven't finished the first season yet but I'm sure I'll blow through it before the weekend is out. If you're looking for something to listen to while you work or on your commute, I HIGHLY recommend this riveting 12 episode true-crime mystery.
