3. This Amazing Picture of the Andromeda Galaxy-
On January 5th, NASA released the sharpest photo ever taken of the Andromeda Galaxy. The image, captured with the Hubble Space Telescope, is the biggest Hubble image ever released and shows over 100 million stars. 100 MILLION STARS. At a 2 million light year distance. I suggest heading over to the Hubble website to see a cropped version of the picture and use their handy zoom tool to check out the close-up awesomeness. Then check out this amazing video:

4. Seconds by Bryan Lee O'Malley-
I finally read Bryan Lee O'Malley's latest graphic novel (to the delight of my husband) and it's brilliant. If you liked the Scott Pilgrim series or just love well-told, well-drawn stories, you're going to want to check this one out.
