While on vacation last month I took Rainbow Rowell's novel Fangirl with me as a back-up if I finished Mr. Mercedes. Well, needless to say I did some reading. I finished Rowell's book in less than two days. As soon as I got home I checked out her most popular novel to date, Eleanor & Park, from my local library and read it yesterday in about five hours.
Rowell writes books like John Hughes made movies. Her characters practically jump off the page with heart and I am already in love with all of them. If you're looking for a new book, don't let the young adult sticker deter you. I hope you like her books as much as I do!
