2. The Innkeepers Directed by Ti West-
My brother recommend I watch this movie over a year ago and I finally got around to it at the end of April. If you're looking for a slasher flick, this isn't your movie. If you're looking for a carefully crafted ghost story that will leave you thinking, check this film out! Ti West is doing some super cool things with the horror genre.

On Friday night, Rick and I popped into Moody's (a cool, new restaurant and bar in our downtown district) for a late drink and to sit on the patio and listen to the Friday Fest band. It was a perfect evening. The temperature was just right and the wind that had plagued our town for the last week had FINALLY calmed down. After perusing the drink menu, we both decided on mojitos; classic for him and a raspberry basil version for me. And, boy, was that the right decision! It was so fresh and tart and not-too-sweet and it came with a stick of sugar cane in it! How delish is that? I can see a lot more mojitos in my future this summer.
4. These Kicks-
Ever since the first time I saw High Fidelity when I was 16, I have loved the shoes that Rob Gordan (played by the incomparable John Cusack) wears throughout the entire film.

5. This Lip Sync Battle-
I'm sure that everyone and their dog has seen this, but in case you haven't, you're missing out on the oh so girl-crushable Emma Stone. I mean, come on.......
